Q. When can I register online?
A. You can register now through December 31, 2013

Q. Is this offer good for all ages?
A. Yes! Kids, moms, dads, grandma, grandpa, anyone can celebrate their birthday with a free Unlimited Fun Pass at Boondocks Fun Center.

Q. What kind of proof of birth date do I need to show at Boondocks Fun Center ticket sales counter?
A. driver's license, passport, or government issued ID including a photo and date of birth.  For children, an original or certified copy of a state or hospital issued birth certificate.  School IDs or kids security IDs are not deemed government issued and will not be accepted.

Q. What hours can Unlimited Fun Passes be used?
A. Unlimited Fun Passes are valid Monday through Friday 4pm-close, and Saturday, Sunday, specific holidays and summer break,10am-close.

Q. If I can't come on my birthday can I use my FREE Unlimited Fun Passes on another day?
A. Unfortunately, no. The free Unlimited Fun Pass offer is valid only on your birthday in 2013. The reason for this is if we let guests come within the week or month of their birthday most everyone would choose to come on a Saturday, and it would be too crowded for an enjoyable guest experience. The only exception would be If your Birthday falls on a Holiday when Boondocks Fun Center is closed, you may choose to redeem your FREE Unlimited Fun Pass on the following day.

Q. Can I give my birthday FREE Unlimited Fun Passes to someone else?
A. No, the Unlimited Fun Pass is only for the birthday person to use.

Q. WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY FREE UNLIMITED FUN PASS?
A. At Boondocks Fun Center ticket sales counter on your birthday.

Q. Is there an age requirement for online registration?
A. Yes, you must be 13 years of age or older to register. If you're under 13 please have a parent or guardian register themselves first, then sign you up as a family member.

Q. What if I am booking a birthday party package at Boondocks Fun Center?
A. If the birthday party is on your actual date of birth then the birthday person will be free for whichever party package you choose. If the party isn't on your actual birthday you can come to Boondocks Fun Center on your birthday to use your Free Unlimited Fun Pass, maybe for a family celebration. Either way, be sure to register online and bring proof of your birth date when you come.

Q. What if I can't register online or print out my confirmation sheet?
A. You can bring proof of your birth date and fill out a Birthday Registration Card at Boondocks Fun Center ticket sales counter.
