Nice family fun center. Slightly busy but overall great family fun
My family and I went to this boondocks tonight and it was such an amazing experience. The staff at the BD grill were absolutely incredible. They charged us an extra item and they said if we wanted a refund. They were so honest. I also noticed that a staff member was scrubbing the tables instead of lightly cleaning the table. I love it. We will be back
We boxed up our food and drinks to take with us and have leftovers for later, had it on the table outside with us while the kids played on the attractions. Stepped away from our outside table for a minute and the staff threw everything away. All we got out of them was basically “oh well, we throw away stuff on tables” what the hell?
UPDATE: boondocks reached out to me quickly and was very helpful and courteous. The management staff is top notch and I am very happy with how they handled it. I strongly recommend everyone go to boondocks as if there’s an issue they will resolve it with care.
